A growing and highly respected mechanical contractor is actively seeking a Residential Service Manager to lead and oversee residential HVAC service operations in the Chicago market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong service leader who knows how to manage technicians, improve operations, drive customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing service department.
Responsibilities:
& Oversee daily residential HVAC service operations
& Manage and support service technicians and dispatch flow
& Improve scheduling, productivity, and customer experience
& Handle escalated customer concerns and service agreements
& Monitor department KPIs, profitability, and performance
& Help grow and strengthen the residential service division
What We’re Looking For:
& Residential HVAC service leadership experience
& Strong operations and customer service background
& Experience managing technicians and field teams
& Knowledge of service agreements and maintenance programs
& Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
& Strong communication and organizational skills
