Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced ag professional to oversee, coordinate, and handle various tasks on the farm. This person will ensure that the farm runs efficiently and productively.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily farm operations, from cultivating to harvesting crops
  • Schedule repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment and machinery
  • Increase farm production through agricultural techniques
  • In winter months, doing hands on work fixing draper heads for resale equipment business
  • Exposure to autosteer technology, yield maps, and prescriptions
  • Develop and coordinate weekly plans for employees
  • Check grain bins/transfer grain/assist with storage process
  • Maintenance/wash/winterize/store farm equipment properly/prep for the upcoming season
