In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will strategically lead and direct products, pricing, and payments strategy. Lead lending strategies, including product development and optimization, pricing models and processes, balance sheet optimization, risk-adjusted returns, marketing communication and promotional strategies, and marketplace research of competitors, consumer preferences, and service experience requirements. Partner with other departments to facilitate product-related discussions and activities to develop, execute, and improve products and programs, manage marketing programs, product development and execute promotions and campaigns. Essential Responsibilities
- Define credit product branding priorities, set core integrated strategies for reaching targeted market segments, lead efforts to experiment and test new digital marketing and promotional practices and advocate for credit marketing agenda across the organization. Architect the system of tools and methods used to manage credit product offerings.
- Develop product management plans governing product lifecycle performance from product design and development to commercialization and promotion and discontinuation.
- Employ appropriate product and portfolio management tools and human-centered design techniques to guide product strategy and improve performance. Lead the advanced analytics practice supporting lending strategy and operations and collaborate with line-of-business leaders to optimize the financial and marketplace performance of consumer-facing loan products, programs, processes, and risk-taking decisions.
- Responsible for strategic lead deposits, saving, and transaction product management and P&L by developing, executing, and managing marketing programs. Collaborate and consult with senior management and channel managers to achieve deposit/transaction goals.
- Provide strategic leadership of debit, credit and lending marketing programs by establishing priorities, tactics, and resource plans to achieve growth and sales objectives.
- Develop integrated promotional and marketing strategies at the product and portfolio level and implement, and maintain product management systems, processes, and models to drive business growth and meet business targets.
- Contribute to strategy-making, business model design, and decision-making and coordinating credit product design projects.
- Develop credit product pricing tools and models, as well as publish rates and fees for credit products.
- Conduct regular reviews of market trends through competitive product research, analysis, benchmarking, and strategic planning.
- Develop measure and report insight that tracks and analyzes financial and non-financial performance of credit products.
- Develop strategic and tactical roadmaps necessary to advance the application of analytics to various phases of operations.
- Facilitate the development of models and algorithms to improve decision-making and reduce manual workloads across credit teams as well as recommend and implement solutions that increase cost efficiency and product profitability.
- Promote application of machine learning automation and models to critical high volume and higher risk lending processes as well as advance the maturity of data-driven, evidence-based management culture and coordinate collaboration between first-line business operations and centralized data functions.
- Ensure a quality loan portfolio by monitoring the underwriting, loan modifications and final loan approval recommendations and establish efficient processes and service level agreements that are aligned with organization-wide lending and sales efforts.
- Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing high performing team.
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Related
- Preferred - Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business or Related
- Minimum - 10 Years Product Development/Design, Product Management, Strategic Marketing or Related
- Minimum - 3 Years People Management
In Lieu of Education

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $133,700.00 to $229,200.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
