- Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and OSHA compliance programs
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for site personnel
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations; implement corrective actions
- Maintain all required safety documentation, reports, and logs
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to proactively address safety concerns
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment across the job site

- 4 years of experience in construction safety (commercial projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
- OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500/510 preferred)
- Experience conducting site audits, incident investigations, and safety training
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence field teams and enforce safety standards effectively
