ECHO Incorporated is looking for an experienced Cycle Counter to support strategic growth through excellence in inventory control and inventory accuracy within our Distribution/Warehouse operations.
1st Shift M-F 7:00am &- 3:30pm. Starting at $17.00/HR.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts of A, B, and C inventory items based on system-generated reports
- Conduct random audits of incoming vendor shipments to verify accuracy
- Execute spot checks of warehouse locations to ensure inventory integrity
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels on the production floor, focusing on high-use locations
- Participate in quarterly physical inventory counts held on designated Saturdays (four times per year)
- Support additional operational tasks based on business needs and priorities
- Operate stand-up forklifts and use RF scanners to complete inventory transactions
- Entry level inventory analysis
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work performed in a standard warehouse environment
- Must be available to work scheduled Saturdays for quarterly inventory counts
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications:

1 year of experience in cycle counting or inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate forklifts and RF scanning equipment
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Understanding of transaction history and movement
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
