Licensed Location Manager / Funeral Directors-Embalmers Needed
I’m partnered with a firm in the North Central, Illinois area that is looking to bring on a strong Location Manager to directly oversee one of their funeral homes. While the location is currently overseen by a nearby Gm, they are looking for someone to be the direct leader and day-to-day presence within the home itself.
A few details on the opportunity:
& Location Manager role overseeing daily operations of the funeral home
& Approximately 220 calls annually
& Leadership-focused position with team development responsibilities
& Looking for someone solid operationally who can help guide and mentor staff
& Compensation range roughly $75K&-$85K depending on experience
& Smaller farming/community atmosphere with strong local relationships
