- Enhance access to library collections by adding images and metadata to the Illinois Digital Archives.
- Assist staff with photographing locations in Springfield, Illinois for archival documentation.
- Reformat digital images and prepare associated metadata for upload into a content management system.
- Record and document location details associated with photographed sites.
- Upload photographs and written descriptions to the library server and maintain file copies for recordkeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
